Arkansas Electrical Continuing Education Approved Course List
Continuing Education (CE) is a requirement of all electricians and inspectors licensed by the Arkansas Board of Electrical Examiners. The following electrical licenses are required to obtain 8 hours of approved CE every code cycle.
- Master Electrician
- Journeyman Electrician
- Residential Master Electrician
- Residential Journeyman Electrician
Electrical Inspectors are required to obtain 16 hours of CE every year. The CE requirements for Arkansas Electrical Inspectors are as follows:
- Year 1 of Code Cycles
- 8 Hours of Code Change
- 8 Hours of Agency Sponsored Training
- Year 2 & Year 3 of Code Cycles
- 8 Hours of Agency Sponsored Training
- 8 Hours of Inspector Training
