Charles Fulmer has worked as a License Electrician since 1979 from Texas to Arkansas. He has experiences in all fields of electrical work.
He has mostly worked as an Electrical Supervisor on all kinds of High Rises, Hospitals, Labs and schools. On September 10th 2001 he became an Electrical Inspector for the city of Little Rock. He then became a member of the International Association of Electrical Inspectors and is certified by the State of Arkansas to teach the apprenticeship program. He has also trained with Mike Holt and made training videos on Understanding the NEC. He has also opened his own apprenticeship school. Which has a 90% pass rate on the state test. He continues to study and keep up with the updates on the National Electrical Code. He has also been teaching CEU seminars across the state since Jan. 2005 and also for U of A, UCA, Nucor Steel, Almatis, and other large Companies & Colleges
