Danny Douglass
Daniel M. Douglass joined Crescent Title owner Robert J. Bergeron as a Partner in the law firm of Bergeron, Douglass, Frosch & Mack in November 2004. He is the Managing Attorney of Crescent Title's Metairie office. With over 20 years of practicing law, Danny has managed the closings of over 10,000 real estate transactions. Danny has additional experience in litigating general civil matters in the areas of Real Estate, Creditor's Rights, Negotiable Instruments, Security Devices, Contracts, Leases and the Uniform Commercial Code. He is an expert in wills and successions and has extensive experience in foreclosure litigation.
Danny lectures frequently to investors and home buyers on the legal aspects of buying and selling property. He is also certified to provide state-mandated continuing education courses and teaches hundreds of real estate agents annually.

Danny graduated from Louisiana State University in 1993 where he earned a B.A. He earned his Juris Doctorate from LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 1996.

Jason Hernandez
Jason Hernandez joined Crescent Title owner Robert J. Bergeron as a Partner in the law firm of Bergeron, Douglass, Frosch & Mack in 2008. He is the Managing Attorney of Crescent Title's Lakeview office. Crescent Title was the first real estate title company to return to Lakeview after Hurricane Katrina. As one of the first real estate attorneys to return to the area, Jason has developed extensive expertise in both Road Home issues and re-subdivisions.
Jason lectures frequently to investors and home buyers on the legal aspects of buying and selling property. He is also certified to provide state-mandated continuing education courses and teaches hundreds of real estate agents annually.

Robert Bergeron
Robert Bergeron is the principal in the law firm of Bergeron, Douglass, Frosch and Mack and owner of Crescent Title LLC, which was established in March 2003. He is the Managing Attorney of Crescent Title's Uptown office. With over 20 years of experience in real estate law, Bob manages and conducts over 1800 commercial and residential real estate transactions a year. He also works with investors in forming business entities and creating condominium regimes. Throughout the metropolitan New Orleans area, he is considered the authority in the field of 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges.
Bob is recognized throughout the area as an expert on Louisiana real estate law. He lectures frequently to investors and home buyers on the legal aspects of buying and selling property. He is also certified to provide state-mandated continuing education courses and teaches hundreds of real estate agents annually.

With over 20 years of practicing law, Kirk has specialized in real estate and title law for the past several years, focusing almost exclusively on St. Tammany Parish. Kirk brings a broad array of legal skills to Crescent Title and the Law Offices of Bergeron and Douglass. His experience includes both corporate and domestic law, as well as successions. As Managing Attorney for Crescent Title and the Law Offices of Bergeron and Douglass on the North Shore, Kirk is available to offer a wide variety of professional legal services, including personal and investment real estate issues, corporate law, and successions.

Abbey Mack is the Managing Attorney for Crescent Title’s Destrehan office. She has over 25 years of real estate law experience and a reputation for excellence. She is a partner in the law firm of Bergeron, Douglass, Frosch and Mack. She has closed over 8,000 residential real estate transactions. She is licensed to practice law before the Federal Courts in the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana. Abbey has extensive experience in handling successions, donations, wills, foreclosures, and formation of LLCs and Corporations, subjects on which she frequently teaches. Abbey is an expert on Louisiana residential real estate contracts, having served on the forms committee that drafted the current document.

Brent Laliberte
Brent J. Laliberte graduated from UNO in 1987 with B.S. in Finance. He graduated from Loyola University School of Law is 1993 with a J.D. in Civil Law. He was admitted to the bar in October 1993. In the 23 years that he has been practicing law he has handled over 15,000 closings and has examined in excess of 40,000 titles. He is a Past President and former Board Member of the Louisiana Land Title Association (LLTA), and he is the Founder, President and Board Member of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Title Attorneys (NOMATA). In addition to his law degree, Brent has a title insurance license, a real estate broker’s license and is certified by LREC to teach CE classes. He teaches hundreds of hours of live CE instruction each year, both on behalf of Bayou Title, Inc. and as a frequent guest instructor for many of the real estate boards around the state. Brent was the recipient of the 2014 LLTA "Title Person of the Year" award, and he is one of only two people in the State of Louisiana, and one of only 51 people nationwide, to hold the prestigious ALTA National Title Professional (NTP) designation.
Deryle Bourgeois
Deryle Bourgeois is a licensed title insurance agent in the state of Louisiana and has closed more than 20,000 sales in and around the New Orleans area. A recognized expert in the field of Louisiana real estate titles and title insurance, Mr. Bourgeois is regularly consulted by legal and lay persons alike for his real estate closings knowledge and experience.
Kenneth Bossetta
Kenneth J. Bossetta is an attorney licensed in the State of Louisiana primarily practicing real estate title law. He has owned Azalea Title, LLC since 2003 which operates on a statewide basis, giving it the unique ability to perform anything from a simple abstract to a full service closing anywhere in the state of Louisiana. Mr. Bossetta examines hundreds of residential and commercial real estate titles each month, including performing extensive curative work and dealing with properties that are involved in litigation, successions, tax-free exchanges, and adjudicated properties. He has also performed extensive work for governmental entities and for special use projects such as those involving oil and gas pipelines and cell phone towers. He regularly teaches continuing legal education on a wide array of legal topics including title examination, legal descriptions, surveys, and title insurance. Prior to owning Azalea Title, LLC, Mr. Bossetta was an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Louisiana, a Detective in the Narcotics Division of the Harahan Police Department, and a DEA Task Force Officer. Mr. Bossetta attended Loyola School of Law in New Orleans and the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University. He lives in Metairie with his beautiful wife and daughter.

Read instructor, very knowledgeable. When I stepped out for two minutes to make phone call to deal with of water intrusion issue at a property one of the staff members at Nomar was rude to me - she said get back in class... it wasn’t like I was on a personal phone call! I was dealing with water intrusion issue at a property I manage, like I said the call took two minutes + was an emergency. Just wow!
