Read instructor, very knowledgeable. When I stepped out for two minutes to make phone call to deal with of water intrusion issue at a property one of the staff members at Nomar was rude to me - she said get back in class... it wasn’t like I was on a personal phone call! I was dealing with water intrusion issue at a property I manage, like I said the call took two minutes + was an emergency. Just wow!
