instructors were stellar. The material needs some revisions as it was not always correct in our market. Specifically about the inspections and appraisals. Might just be our market traditions.

Excellent course with very well prepared material. I feel better equipped than ever to write a purchase agreement for my buyers, and really help my sellers understand all terms of their offers. Commerce Title did a fantastic job keeping the class informative, upbeat, and relative.

There was so much information to take in with such a large crowd of people. Even with the four hours, it was difficult to concentrate on the different subjects to grasp all the information.
