Jason Hernandez, Managing Attorney for Crescent Title’s Lakeview office, has 10 years of experience in real estate law.
Jason joined Crescent Title in early 2007 and handled real estate closings first in the Metairie office, then Uptown, before being named Managing Attorney of the company’s Lakeview office in June of 2008. In addition to real estate closings, he also has experience in handling real estate financing, successions, and other transactional matters. Crescent Title was the first real estate title company to return to Lakeview after Hurricane Katrina. As one of the first real estate attorneys to return to the area, Jason has developed extensive expertise in both Road Home issues and re-subdivisions.
Born and raised in New Orleans, Jason graduated from Loyola University in 2000 with a Bachelor's degree in English and from Loyola University School of Law in 2004. He is certified by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission to teach continuing education and is a member of the Louisiana Land Title Association.
Daniel M. Douglass, Managing Attorney of Crescent Title’s Metairie office, has been practicing law for 19 years. In November 2004, Danny joined Crescent Title owner Robert J. Bergeron as a Partner in The Law Firm of Bergeron, Douglass, Frosch & Mack.
As a Real Estate Title Attorney, Danny has managed the closings of over 8,000 real estate transactions. Danny has additional experience in litigating general civil matters in the areas of Real Estate, Creditor’s Rights, Negotiable Instruments, Security Devices, Contracts, Leases and the Uniform Commercial Code. He is an expert in wills and successions, and has extensive experience in foreclosure litigation.
Danny is a 1993 graduate of LSU, and a 1996 graduate of LSU Law School, and is certified by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission to teach continuing education. He holds a membership in the Louisiana Land Title Association, National Land Title Association, Louisiana Association of Independent Land Title Agents, New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Title Attorneys, and is also an affiliate with the Mortgage Lenders Association and the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors.
Kirk J. Frosch is the Managing Attorney of Crescent Title’s Mandeville office. Kirk earned undergraduate degrees in Finance and Management at Loyola University before earning his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Law School in 1994. Kirk brings a broad array of legal skills to Crescent Title and the Law Offices of Bergeron, Douglass, Frosch and Mack. His experience includes both corporate and domestic law, as well as successions. Kirk has specialized in real estate and title law for the past Fifteen years, focusing almost exclusively on St. Tammany Parish.
He is also a Certified Instructor for the Louisiana Real Estate Commission and teaches pre-license, post license and continuing education courses. Kirk has developed numerous classes for educating real estate agents on important issues affecting the real estate profession.
As Managing Attorney for Crescent Title and the Law Offices of Bergeron, Douglass, Frosch and Mack on the North Shore, Kirk is available to offer a wide variety of professional legal services, including personal and investment real estate issues, corporate law, and successions.
Abbey Mack is the Managing Attorney for Crescent Title’s Destrehan office. She has over 25 years of real estate law experience and a reputation for excellence.
A graduate of the University of New Orleans and the Tulane University School of Law, Abbey is an expert on the Louisiana residential real estate contracts, having served on the committee that drafted the current document. Abbey is also an expert in successions, donations, wills, and foreclosure law, subjects on which she frequently teaches. She is certified by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission to teach continuing education.
In addition to serving as Managing Attorney of Crescent Title’s Destrehan office, Abbey is a partner in the law firm of Bergeron, Douglass, Frosh and Mack. She is licensed to practice law before the Federal Courts in the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana. She is a member of the Louisiana Land Title Association, Louisiana Association of Independent Land Title Agents and is also an affiliate with the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors.
Robert Bergeron, principal in Crescent Title and the law firm of Bergeron, Douglass, Frosch and Mack, is in his 20th year of managing residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Bob is recognized throughout the area as an expert on Louisiana real estate law. He lectures frequently to investors and home buyers on the legal aspects of buying and selling property. He also is certified to provide state-mandated continuing education courses to Realtors, and teaches hundreds of real estate agents annually. Throughout the metropolitan New Orleans area, Bob is considered a leading authority in the field of 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges.
Presently, Bob manages and conducts approximately 1500 real estate transactions a year, which includes commercial and residential closings.
Bob graduated from Loyola University in 1984 where he earned a B.B.A. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, where he obtained membership on the Moot Court Board. In addition to his practice of law, Bob is a retired major in the Louisiana Army National Guard.
Bob is admitted to practice before all courts, both federal and state, in Louisiana. Additionally, he is a member of the American Bar Association, New Orleans Bar Association, Louisiana Association of Independent Title Attorneys and the Louisiana Land Title Association.
He also is a trustee of the endowment fund for St. Georges School.
Under Crescent Title LLC, Bob is an affiliate with both the Louisiana Mortgage Association and the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors.
