need a 12 hour online class relative to fire alarm/low voltage so we are not discussing things over our heads. i know some electrical but i am in no way an electrician. i like this idea of online self paced classes but we NEED a low voltage class

Some of the questions were answered verbatim by the speaker, and yet still answered as wrong on the test. Quite annoying, other than that and the really monotonous voice it was okay.

The presentation was very good. The style of the narration was exceptional. Quiz 12 questions 6 an 7 "correct" answers need to be reviewed for accuracy

I believe more information could be fit in the lessons if fewer repetitive example problems were discussed. Also the last three questions of quiz 12 are the same question and different answer choices are given, sets you up for failure on that quiz. There was a lot that was helpful I definitely needed the brush up and the course was very affordable, thanks.
