Instructors
Brandon Bradley
Coming from a family of Attorneys, Brandon began working with Bradley Moreau in 2013 after practicing insurance defense litigation for three years. With his litigation and contracts background, Brandon now services Bradley Moreau’s residential, commercial, and corporate real estate clients with all of their legal needs beginning with risk/liability advisement and management, company/corporation business formations, contracts review and drafting, and real estate/business closing transactions. With his honest, funny personality and warm approachable-ness, Brandon makes a lasting impression on everyone he encounters. He spends a substantial amount of time educating agents, investors, companies, and other industry leaders on legal issues, including changes to local and federal law for compliance and an approved Louisiana Home Builders Association CLE course for residential builders.
Clare Allen
A graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, Clare received her Bachelors of Arts for Communications in 2009 before moving on to Southern University to pursue a degree in law. In 2012, she earned her Juris Doctorate from Southern University and returned to her hometown to begin her career. After working with Bradley Moreau Title in various positions during her time in college and law school, she returned to the company as an on-staff attorney in 2014 and became a full-fledged partner in 2018.
Clare is an experienced attorney with over 5 years in the field of real estate. Her specialties include residential real estate transactions, second mortgages, residential development, refinances, and new construction. She also has a passion for teaching, and is a certified instructor by the Realtors Association of Acadiana. She actively donates time to teach continuing education courses aimed at realtors, mortgage lenders, and other real estate professionals.
Mitch Landry
Mitch Landry, partner in the law firm of Andrus, Boudreaux, Landry and Coussan, APLC and Complete Title of Louisiana, LLC, has managed residential and commercial real estate transactions since 1996. His practice was concentrated in the Greater New Orleans metropolitan area until 2006, at which time he came home to Acadiana. For eleven years prior to joining the firm, he was also an adjunct instructor at Tulane University, teaching Real Property Practice as a senior level undergraduate course.
Mitch is considered to be a leading authority in Louisiana Reverse Mortgage transactions, and has vast experience in handling entity formations, successions, wills and is an eClosing Platinum Provider. His diverse background includes years in the Banking industry as a Training Director, Marketing Director and Branch Manager, as well as a Mortgage Broker, Mortgage Originator and Mortgage Banker. Additionally, he has owned and operated several retail art galleries.
Mitch attended Louisiana State University and graduated from the University of New Orleans, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University School of Law.
Mitch is proud that he guided Andrus-Boudreaux to becoming ALTA Best Practices Compliant and to receiving third-party certification of Compliance in October, 2015. Additionally, he has provided CFPB and TRID training to hundreds of Louisiana title, real estate and mortgage professionals.
Mitch is a member of the Louisiana Association of Independent Land Title Agents, and currently serves as its president, the Louisiana Land Title Association, the Realtor Association of Acadiana, the Lafayette Bar Association and the Acadiana Mortgage Bankers Association. He has been an instructor for the Lafayette Consolidated Government's Neighborhood Counseling Services Homebuyer's Education Course and an instructor for the Realtor Association of Acadiana. He also currently serves as president of the Board of Directors for the national Music for Cancer Foundation.
Mitch and his wife have been married since 1985, and they are proud of their five children and their spouses: Leslie and Jeff, Kevin and Ledgue, Keith and Faith, Monique and Bryan, and Amanda and Chris; as well as their five grandchildren: Racquel, Ross, Cameron, Isabella and Sophia.
Sara Zuschlag
Sara Zuschlag is a partner at Andrus, Boudreaux, Landry & Coussan, primarily focusing her practice on residential and commercial real estate transactions. In addition, she assist clients with business and estate planning needs such as business entity formations, lease agreements, drafting of wills, powers of attorney, and succession pleadings.
Mrs. Zuschlag received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northwestern State University in 2004. Thereafter, she attended Southern University Law Center earning her Juris Doctorate in 2009. Settling in Lafayette, Sara clerked for the Honorable Judge Donald W. Hebert in St. Landry Parish, subsequently practicing in civil defense in one of the area's largest, most prestigious law firms.
Mrs. Zuschlag is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association, Lafayette Bar Association, Lafayette Young Lawyers Association, Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, Board Member for Miles Perret Cancer Services, REALTORS® Association of Acadiana, Acadiana Homebuilders' Association, Professional Women in Building, Acadiana Mortgage Lenders' Association, Leadership Lafayette Class XXVII, the 705, and Women's Leadership Council of United Way of Acadiana.
Sara was named the 2016 Affiliate of the Year by the Realtor Association of Acadiana.
Sara is married to Blair Zuschlag of Lafayette and the lights of their lives are their three children, Mason, Ceci and Millie Beth.
