Loni Cardon was born in New Orleans. She is a licensed Louisiana Notary Public (licensed July of 2017) and Marketing Rep for Southern Title since 2006 where she works with buyers, sellers, real estate agents and lenders to help them buy or sell homes with confidence. Loni is a certified American Land Title Association (ALTA) Homeowner Outreach Program (HOP) instructor to help easily communicate the benefits of owner’s title insurance with homebuyers, Realtors® and others. Loni is a member of the New Orleans Women’s Council of Realtors, the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women and an affiliate of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors. She currently resides in Covington with her loving husband, Jace, and her cat, Scott.
