Adam B Beckman
Adam B. Beckman manages the Title Stream Northshore Office located in Mandeville, Louisiana. Adam handles various real estate issues related to the closings that his office handles for properties throughout Southeast Louisiana. Adam has established himself as a resource for real estate agents, their buyers and sellers. He provides fluid communication and guidance concerning legal and ethical issues that arise as part of their real estate business.
As a certified instructor with the Louisiana Real Estate Commission, Adam regularly teaches classes for real estate agents. He enjoys developing new topics and sharing trending news that will benefit not just the agent, but also the consumer.
A natural conversationalist, Adam had a diverse career in both the legal world as well as in sales and marketing. Adam graduated from Mississippi State University where he received his B.S. in Political Science, followed by receiving his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama's School of Law. When Adam is not engaged with clients or solving title issues, he is coaching his son's baseball team and enjoying outdoor adventures with his wife and their two children. No matter the audience, Adam is a people person and finds fulfillment sharing his legal stories and personal experiences with the intent to help others.
Ian G Fisher
Ian G. Fisher headlines our newest and hippest office located in the heart of the historic Faubourg Marigny, which opened in early 2017. Before that, he cut his teeth at the Uptown Office and has been practicing real estate law in Orleans Parish for almost seven years. Ian is a New Orleans transplant, finding himself on the dirty coast after growing up in the West Coast’s San Francisco Bay Area, followed by fifteen years in the East Coast’s New York City.
Ian received his B.A. in Art History and Anthropology from Columbia University and his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School, where he received the award for earning highest grade in his class in Property Law. Ian is a member of the New York State Bar and the Louisiana State Bar. He fancies himself as one of the best closers in New Orleans, always making his buyers and sellers feel comfortable through an experience that can be fraught with anxiety and uncertainty. He looks forward to seeing you at his round closing table where everyone is a queen or king!
Nathan Board
Nathan C. H. Board is Title Stream’s curative attorney based out of the Uptown Office where he conducts closings, title, curative work and all aspects of Real Estate Law. Nathan’s interests in linguistics and history led him into the legal field. He received his B.A. in Sociology from Louisiana State University followed by receiving his Juris Doctorate from the Louisiana State University, Paul M. Hebert Law Center. Nathan is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the Louisiana Land Title Association. He is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts, and in the United States District Courts for the Middle, Eastern, and Western Districts of Louisiana.
Nathan enjoys spending time outdoors, the Saints and LSU athletics. When he is not closing deals, Nathan spends a lot of his time in Sweden. Should the need arise, Nathan is more than happy to conduct your real estate closing in Swedish.
Roxanne Mckenzie
Roxanne M. Mckenzie manages the Baton Rouge Office of Title Stream, where she handles all matters ancillary to the title process. Despite a diverse legal background, Roxanne found her passion in real estate law. More than just a series of transactions, real estate law is an industry built around relationships, and she finds joy in facilitating a person’s dream of home ownership. Her goal is to ensure all parties feel comfortable when they sit down at her closing table.
Roxanne received her B.A. in English with a minor in French from Louisiana State University, and her Juris Doctorate from Louisiana State University, Paul M. Hebert Law Center. She is a member of the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors and the Louisiana Bar Association.
When she is not practicing real estate law, Roxanne enjoys spending time with her four children. She also enjoys playing the guitar and sings for fun. Back in the day she won contests singing competitively, but has since passed that torch to her kids, who also share a love for music.
