Michael Turner

Michael Turner has 30 years of construction industry experience. He holds active state licenses in Electrical and Mechanical and Commercial building licenses. We have owned our own Electrical and A/C business where he performed rough-in’s and final’s for general contractors before opening our own residential building company in 2002. We have built and renovated hundreds of homes in the Greater New Orleans Area. After the real estate downfall in 2008 we continued renovating until becoming a licensed home inspector in 2011. He is an approved instructor to teach the 90 Hour Home Inspection course at Donaldson Education and does post training of 30 hours platform and 10 live inspections to those finishing up the course. He is licensed to perform termite inspections and is certified to do mold testing.
