Danny Douglass
Daniel M. Douglass joined Crescent Title owner Robert J. Bergeron as a Partner in the law firm of Bergeron, Douglass, Frosch & Mack in November 2004. He is the Managing Attorney of Crescent Title's Metairie office. With over 20 years of practicing law, Danny has managed the closings of over 10,000 real estate transactions. Danny has additional experience in litigating general civil matters in the areas of Real Estate, Creditor's Rights, Negotiable Instruments, Security Devices, Contracts, Leases and the Uniform Commercial Code. He is an expert in wills and successions and has extensive experience in foreclosure litigation.
Danny lectures frequently to investors and home buyers on the legal aspects of buying and selling property. He is also certified to provide state-mandated continuing education courses and teaches hundreds of real estate agents annually.
Education
Danny graduated from Louisiana State University in 1993 where he earned a B.A. He earned his Juris Doctorate from LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 1996.

Kirk Frosch
Kirk J Frosch joined Crescent Title owner Robert J. Bergeron as a Partner in the law firm of Bergeron, Douglass, Frosch & Mack in November 2005. He is the Managing Attorney of Crescent Title's Mandeville office. With over 20 years of practicing law, Kirk has specialized in real estate and title law for the past several years, focusing almost exclusively on St. Tammany Parish. Kirk brings a broad array of legal skills to Crescent Title and the Law Offices of Bergeron and Douglass. His experience includes both corporate and domestic law, as well as successions. As Managing Attorney for Crescent Title and the Law Offices of Bergeron and Douglass on the North Shore, Kirk is available to offer a wide variety of professional legal services, including personal and investment real estate issues, corporate law, and successions.

Robert Bergeron
Robert Bergeron is the principal in the law firm of Bergeron, Douglass, Frosch and Mack and owner of Crescent Title LLC, which was established in March 2003. He is the Managing Attorney of Crescent Title's Uptown office. With over 20 years of experience in real estate law, Bob manages and conducts over 1800 commercial and residential real estate transactions a year. He also works with investors in forming business entities and creating condominium regimes. Throughout the metropolitan New Orleans area, he is considered the authority in the field of 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges.
Bob is recognized throughout the area as an expert on Louisiana real estate law. He lectures frequently to investors and home buyers on the legal aspects of buying and selling property. He is also certified to provide state-mandated continuing education courses and teaches hundreds of real estate agents annually.
