Kirk Frosch

Kirk J Frosch joined Crescent Title owner Robert J. Bergeron as a Partner in the law firm of Bergeron, Douglass, Frosch & Mack in November 2005. He is the Managing Attorney of Crescent Title's Mandeville office. With over 20 years of practicing law, Kirk has specialized in real estate and title law for the past several years, focusing almost exclusively on St. Tammany Parish. Kirk brings a broad array of legal skills to Crescent Title and the Law Offices of Bergeron and Douglass. His experience includes both corporate and domestic law, as well as successions. As Managing Attorney for Crescent Title and the Law Offices of Bergeron and Douglass on the North Shore, Kirk is available to offer a wide variety of professional legal services, including personal and investment real estate issues, corporate law, and successions.

Kirk lectures frequently to investors and home buyers on the legal aspects of buying and selling property. He is also certified to provide state-mandated continuing education courses teaches hundreds of real estate agents annually.


Kirk graduated from Loyola University in 1993 where he earned a degree in Finance and Management. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in 1994.
