Rosalyn A. Bryant

Bryant Appraisal Services, LLC, a family owned and operated business, has been serving multiple parishes in Southeastern Louisiana since 2010. We accurately and effectively deliver unbiased appraisals for St. John, St. Charles, Jefferson, Orleans, St. Bernard, St. Tammany, and Upper Plaquemines Parishes. Rosalyn Bryant, with over 20 years of experience in the field, founded Bryant Appraisal Services, LLC. Rosalyn and her team offer a wide array of different real estate-related services including private appraisals, sketch measurements, extensive floor plans, and appraisal consultation. We cultivate strong relationships with multiple clients such as lenders, realtors, attorneys, cash buyers, and more. When Rosalyn is not appraising, she teaches Continuing Education classes for NOMAR and various real estate firms throughout the region. Rosalyn was named NOMAR Affiliate of the year in 2019 and serves on several NOMAR committees.
