Taking a class from Leigh will give attendees insight, boots on the ground experience and tremendous enthusiasm! Leigh loves what she does and it shows! Leigh York is a third generation real estate licensee. She grew up around real estate agents and builders. Leigh is an agent, broker and speaker/educator. Prior to real estate Leigh worked in corporate sales as a general manager for a large beverage distributor. Leigh was regional manager for one of the largest CENTURY 21 franchises in the world. And then General Manager for another CENTURY 21 franchise that had 3 locations. During her time in management Leigh experienced managing a small amount of employees to over 100 agents. She learned that company culture started and ended with management, along with profits.Whether it's volunteers, independent contractors or employees the culture and leadership are the most important pieces of recruitment and retention. Recruitment and retention are directly related to profit.
