The Home Inspection Process and The Final Walk-Through

This course is designed to prepare real estate professionals for the process of the inspection of residential property under contract for sale. The course focuses on what a buyer/seller may expect as they meet the conditions of an agreement to purchase or sell real property in Louisiana. Attendees will be able to better prepare their clients to understand the home inspection process, select their own inspectors, and review an inspection report. Attendees will be able to help their clients decide whether or not to go forward with a give property. Disclaimers are discussed as well.
