Objectives:
Buyers and sellers have unique needs, challenges, and
expectations, based on changing technology and trends. This session will equip
real estate agents/brokers to meet those needs and improve the transaction for
their customers and clients.
This course covers topics such as marketing, ethics, computer and
social media skills.
Attendees will learn key-ways to evaluate the current market,
understand the needs of the customer, and how to best deliver value and
service, using current tools and technologies. Agents will be shown how to use
these lessons to improve the way they provide service and support to buyers and
sellers throughout the entire process of home search to purchase or sale.
In this session, we'll look at global technologies and trends that
are shaping our client’s/customer's habits and mindsets and learn to adjust our
strategies pre-emptively. We'll identify real estate market leaders who have
innovated despite the odds and identify the lessons we can learn from them.
Most importantly, we'll pinpoint the steps we can take to keep our clients and
customers in the forefront of technology both now and in the years to come for
resale value.
