Raymond Brinson

Raymond Brinson is a member of Patriot Title, LLC and the law firm of Tonry, Brinson and Glorioso, LLC. He is a licensed attorney in Louisiana. He is a graduate of Loyola Law School, New Orleans. Mr. Brinson's practice focuses on real estate, title insurance, zoning, and title closings. He is licensed to practice in all Louisiana District Courts, Courts of Appeal, the Louisiana Supreme Court, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana. He has extensive experience in real estate transactions, including but not limited to preparing promissory notes, mortgages, closing documents, title examination, litigation relating to title and title curative maters, and all other aspects of real estate closings.

Since 2001 Mr. Brinson's legal practice has been focused in real estate matters, including but not limited to issuing title insurance opinions, examining title, representing real estate agents and brokers in complex transactions, and handling litigation regarding real estate transactions. Mr. Brinson has personally performed legal services as the closing attorney for over 2000 files. Additionally, he has represented banks in preparation of promissory notes and mortgages, as well as other legal documentation both in residential and commercial transactions. Mr. Brinson has represented both national and local clients in real estate transactions for over fifteen years.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Brinson worked as a commercial loan officer for the largest bank in Louisiana. Additionally, since 2014, Mr. Brinson has taught a comprehensive 16 week Notary Course involving over 300 hours of classroom education. Further Mr. Brinson has been an instructor of Continuing Education programs approved by LREC for several years

Brian Glorioso

Brian L. Glorioso is a member of Patriot Title, LLC and the law firm of Tonry, Brinson and Glorioso, LLC. He is a licensed attorney in Louisiana. He is a graduate of Loyola Law School, New Orleans, and the University of New Orleans. Additionally, Mr. Glorioso is a fellow of the Loyola Institute of Politics. Mr. Glorioso's practice focuses on civil litigation, commercial litigation, real property, and successions. He is licensed to practice in all Louisiana District Courts, Courts of Appeal, the Louisiana Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana, the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Glorioso has extensive experience in complex litigation, and has represented national and local clients in Courts across the State of Louisiana. Additionally, Mr. Glorioso has been admitted pro hac vice in Courts in Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida. He has extensive experience in real estate transactions, including but not limited to preparing promissory notes, mortgages, closing documents, title examination, litigation relating to title and title curative maters, and all other aspects of real estate closings.

Since 2006 a substantial portion of Mr. Glorioso's practice has been in real estate matters, including but not limited to issuing title insurance opinions, examining title, representing real estate agents and brokers in complex transactions, and handling litigation regarding real estate transactions. Mr. Glorioso has personally performed legal services as the closing attorney for over 2000 files. Additionally, he has represented banks in preparation of promissory notes and mortgages, as well as other legal documentation both in residential and commercial transactions. Mr. Glorioso has represented both national and local clients in real estate transactions for over ten years.

Mr. Glorioso has written several approved continuing education programs which have been approved by LREC and has also previously been approved as an instructor. Additionally, Mr. Glorioso has taught courses on Successions and Donations as part of a Louisiana Notary Course offered by Patriot Title since 2014.

Ceu class was great , best Ceu and class taken yet. Instructor was really good , hit all topics.
