The course title was relevant. The instructor seemed somewhat knowledgeable, but the handout did not match the lecture. Nothing to follow; nothing to look back too for future reference. Seemed a little dis-jointed. I don't know if I would consider taking this one again in the future. My apologies for sounding so harsh.
